The SHINE platform is being piloted with students at Huys Link Community Initiative (Uganda) as part of WP4. This phase focuses on adapting training materials to learners, combining online and practical learning, and testing the programme in real VET environments to evaluate its effectiveness and relevance.
WP4 has officially started. The SHINE Solar Energy VET programme is now being tested with students at Suame Technical Institute (Ghana) and Jobitech (Nigeria), marking the transition from development to real classroom implementation. This phase will validate the platform under real training conditions and guide its further refinement.
